You can create rooms/resources and assign them to appointments, support activities and busy times on the calendar.
Go to Settings, Rooms/Resources and click + room/resource.
Assign a location, and then choose a name, group, capacity and colour, then click Create.
Finish creating any rooms/resources.
From the calendar, you can now choose to assign a room/resource.
The appointment will display the associated room/resource.
You can also display your calendar by Rooms/resources to see practitioners using them.
To display rooms/resources, make sure you have selected them from the filter option.
If you'd prefer to see your calendar by the rooms/resources colour instead of the services colour, enable "Show rooms/resources colour".
