Set up your Splose workspace
First, set up locations, practitioners and services in Splose so that our team can map your data from fresha to Splose.
Locations
Set up all locations (including archived ones) in Splose.
Practitioners & Admin users
Invite all practitioners (including archived ones) to Splose. You can also invite admin members and your accountant. Ensure all of your members have accepted the Splose invite before the data import commences.
Services
Set up services (including archived ones) to Splose. Set up face-to-face services as appointments and non-face-to-face services as support activities.
What data can be transferred from fresha to Splose
The following can be transferred from acuity to Splose through the import.:
Client
Appointments
Export your data from fresha
Firstly, go to Sales, then Appointments, click the date range filter and select the appointment date range you want to export. Make sure you include all future appointments.
Then, click Export and select CSV.
Now, go to the Clients page, then under Options select Download CSV.

Schedule your data import with Splose
The Splose team will import your data for you. Contact us via the help chat in your dashboard and book a time for your data import. We typically require seven days notice. We will provide you with a secure link that you can upload all of your data.
What happens after the transfer is complete
After the import is complete, you can view it from the Import Settings page. You have 48 hours to delete an import, should anything be missing.
