You can insert a link to your cancellation policy for appointments in online bookings.

Go to Settings, Online bookings and add your cancellation policy. You can even style your terms, such as adding a hyphen and pressing enter to add a new line and creating a list.

Click Save once finished.

Head to your online bookings page to see your cancellation policy visible on the final step of online bookings. Even if you do include a cancellation policy, your client does not specifically have to agree to your cancellation by selecting a checkbox in order to complete the booking.
