You can add your cancellation policy to online bookings to provide clients with more information about how your practice handles cancellations.

Add a cancellation policy to online bookings
Navigate to your Workspace Settings.
Under Business, select Online Bookings.
Select the online bookings page that you would like to add cancellation policy information to.
Scroll down to Booking Terms & Policies.
Enter your cancellation policy under the Cancellation Policy field. You can add plain text or a link to an external page that shows your cancellation policy.
Click Save once you are finished.
