Add a cancellation policy to online bookings

You can insert a link to your cancellation policy for appointments in online bookings.

Head to Settings, then Online bookings and then add text to the cancellation policy section. You can even style your terms, such as adding a hyphen and pressing enter to add a new line and creating a list.

Once you create your cancellation policy, save your settings.


Online booking appearance

Head to your online bookings page to see your cancellation policy visible on the final step of online bookings. Even if you do include a cancellation policy, your client does not specifically have to agree to your cancellation by selecting a checkbox in order to complete the booking.


What next?

You can also add your own terms, add a link to your privacy policy (which clients must accept by checking a checkbox), which will be displayed in the final step of your online bookings page.
