Invoice for a cancelled appointment

Invoice a client when they cancel an appointment in accordance with your cancellation policy.

Cancelled appointments can be invoiced if it is in line with your practice's cancellation policy.


How-to

Invoice for a cancelled appointment

  1. Navigate to the Calendar tab, and select a cancelled appointment.

  2. In the appointment slide panel, select Add Invoice.

You can also search for cancelled appointments from the invoice page, which categorises your appointments by status.

You can also invoice a client who cancels their group appointment.

Click 'Add Invoice'.
