The lead time feature allows you to set the minimum amount of notice your business requires for a booking to be made online.
As an example, if it is 12 pm and your lead time is 2 hours, then your clients will be able to book appointments starting at 2 pm.
How-to
Set appointment lead time
Navigate to Workspace Settings.
Under Business, select Online Bookings.
Select the bookings page that you would like to add lead time to.
In the navigation tab, select Settings.
Under Customise Your Online Bookings, select Set your Appointment Lead Time.
Select your preferred lead time.
Click Save when finished.
