Display your appointment terms on your online bookings and ask clients to review them before making an appointment.
For example, you may ask clients to provide a minimum notice for cancelling an appointment and to make sure their contact details are correct.
How-to
Add terms to online bookings
Navigate to your Workspace Settings.
Under Business, select Online Bookings.
Select the online bookings page that you would like to add terms to.
Scroll down to Booking Terms & Policies.
Enter your booking terms under the Terms field. You can add plain text or a link to an external page that shows your booking terms.
Click Save once you are finished.
