You can display your appointment terms on your online bookings and ask clients to review it before making an appointment. For example, you may ask clients to provide minimum notice for cancelling an appointment and to make sure their contact details are correct.

Add terms to online bookings

Go to Settings, then Online bookings and then add text to the terms section. You can even style your terms, such as adding a hyphen and pressing enter to add a new line and creating a list.

Your client does not specifically have to agree to your terms by selecting a checkbox in order to complete their booking.

If you'd like to include an acceptance checkbox in your online bookings final step, then you can add a link to your privacy policy to online bookings.

You can also add a cancellation policy, which is an additional text box that will be displayed in the final step of your online bookings page.
