A helpful ACC icon shows on the calendar when an ACC claim is linked to a service.
This allows workspaces to visually check if there are any services that may be missing an ACC claim.
It is recommended to use consistent colours for services that should have ACC claims linked to them to aid the visual checking.
Tip - Reporting
Workspaces use the appointments and support activities report and filter by "contains ACC Claim" with the filter "No" to complete a gap analysis of ACC services booked without a case.
