You can use splose AI to help word your communications with clients.

You will need a splose AI subscription to use this feature.

The <a href="https://support.splose.com/en/articles/9162508-splose-ai-settings">Enable splose AI Email Assistant</a> toggle will need to be turned on in your splose AI settings.

splose AI is able to completely write emails for practitioners by summarising the progress note.

When sending a progress note via email, the summarise session button will:

- detail the appointment details
- summarise the session
- detail the next appointment details

splose AI also helps with formatting. To get splose AI help, highlight the text you need help with, then select one of the following options:

- Rewrite
- Expand
- Shorten
- Make more friendly
- More formal
