splose AI is an opt-in, generative AI feature in splose powered by OpenAI, that utilises advanced machine learning algorithms and our proprietary evaluation and monitoring system to continually enhance AI results and accuracy.

  • transcribe or dictate sessions and create reports and progress notes

  • write letters

  • write emails

  • ask questions

Enabling splose AI

πŸ”’ splose AI subscription must be enabled by an account owner

Go to Settings - splose AI and click subscribe.

You can then add users in Subscription section.


Settings Page Options

On the splose AI settings page, you have the flexibility to customize your splose AI experience according to your preferences. Here's what you can do:

  • Enable or Disable AI Email Assistant: Choose to activate or deactivate the AI email assistant feature for your workspace.

  • Enable or Disable AI Voice to Text and Ask AI: Choose to activate or deactivate the usage of AI Voice to text and Ask AI for practitioners in progress notes.

  • Ask AI Prompts: Set up Ask AI prompts for practitioners which can be restricted to specific user groups or made available to all practitioners.

  • Save Recordings: Choose whether to save recordings to a client's file or not


AI Prompts

Workspaces can set up default prompts for their teams and allocate these to all splose AI users or restrict them to certain groups.

All workspaces have default prompts loaded by splose and these can be edited or deleted by workspaces at their discretion.
