You can sync your Splose calendar with an external calendar like Outlook, Apple Calendar and Google Calendar in just a few clicks.
If you support clients in the community, the client's address or the appointment address from provider travel will be automatically synced to your external calendar.
๐ Note: This is a one-way integration to your calendar app. Appointments, support activities and busy times must be updated in Splose.
Copy your External calendar feed link
Go to My Account, then Calendar feed. Click Enable to create the calendar feed.
โ ๏ธ Warning: Keep your calendar feed private and donโt share it with anyone else. Anyone who has access to your calendar feed can see your Splose appointments, support activities and busy times. If you have shared the link previously, simply disable the calendar feed and generate a new link.
โCopy the link to add to your calendar app.
Outlook Calendar
Open Outlook Calendar, and click Add calendar.
Click Subscribe from web, paste the Splose calendar feed link, choose a colour and charm, then click Import.
Your Splose calendar will be synced with Outlook Calendar! Outlook typically refreshes the calendar feed every few hours.
๐ If you're using the Outlook app on your laptop, you will have to add the calendar on your web browser before you can view it on the app.
Apple Calendar
Open Apple Calendar, click on File, and then New Calendar Subscription.
Paste the Splose calendar feed link and click Subscribe.
Edit the calendar name, colour and auto-refresh settings, then click OK.
Your Splose calendar will be synced with Apple Calendar!
Google Calendar
Open Google Calendar, and click the + next to Other calendars.
Click From URL.
Paste the calendar feed and click Add calendar.
Your Splose calendar will be synced with Google Calendar! Google typically refreshes the calendar feed every 10-24 hours.
Disable calendar feed
You can disable the calendar feed any time by clicking disable and confirming it. Your calendar will no longer receive updates. You can re-enable the calendar feed and generate a new link.
