Accept credit card payments from your online booking page

Start taking online payments with Stripe and Splose

splose offers easy and seamless integration with Stripe, allowing you to accept credit card payments directly through the splose platform. This integration is particularly useful for businesses that use splose's online booking feature, as it enables clients to pay for appointments via credit card.

Connecting Stripe with splose

To connect Stripe with splose, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your splose account.

  2. Click on "Settings" in the left-hand menu.

  3. Click on "Integrations" in the "Settings" menu.

  4. Scroll down to "Payments" and click on "Connect with Stripe".

  5. You will then be redirected to Stripe's website to log in or create an account.

  6. Once you have logged in, you will be asked to authorise Splose to access your Stripe account.

  7. Click on "Authorise access to this account".

  8. You will then be redirected back to splose, where you should see a message confirming that your Stripe account has been connected.


Assign a payment method for Stripe online booking payments

Once you have connected Stripe with splose, you can enable the credit card payment option for your Splose online booking feature by following these steps:

  1. Click on "Settings" in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click on "Online Bookings" in the "Settings" menu.

  3. Scroll down to "Payment Options" and click on "Add Payment Option".

  4. Select "Credit Card" from the drop-down menu.

  5. Click on "Save".

You have now enabled the credit card payment option for your splose online booking page. Clients will now be able to pay for their appointments via credit card through the splose platform.


Enable individual services for Stripe payment

Go to Settings, then Services and select the services you want to enable Stripe card payment for and toggle On.

Next, select if you want to make a credit card payment required or optional.

Then select partial or full.

If full payment is selected, clients must pay the full amount, including any taxes, and if partial payment is selected, the client will need to pay the amount you select.

Click Save and repeat for any other services.


How clients pay online

At the final stage of online booking, clients will see a "Continue to payment" button.

Clients will enter their credit card details and click "Make payment and book" to pay and confirm the booking.

Invoices for online payments

When a payment is completed, an invoice is created in Splose. Any payments will be applied to the invoice, and any outstanding amount can be paid from the invoice page.
