Stripe Terminal Integration
If you're looking to accept payments in person, Stripe Terminal is a great option for your practice. With Stripe Terminal, you can accept payments in person using a card reader that connects to your mobile device or computer, allowing for seamless payment processing.
Setting up Stripe Terminal
To get started with Stripe Terminal, you'll need to first create a Stripe account and order a card reader from the Stripe Dashboard. Choose from the BBPOS WISEPOS E or BBPOS WISEPAD 3.
Once you have received your card reader, go to Stripe, then under More, click Terminal.
Under Locations, click New.
Create your locations and then click Save.
Then under Readers, click New.
Start up your Stripe Terminal, and swipe from the left side to show the settings. Enter the admin code 07139.
Then click Generate pairing code. The code will be three randomised words like the example below "apple-grape-orange".
Enter the registration code to register the reader, then click Save.
You will then see the reader displayed under Readers, which means the reader is set up successfully.

Accepting payments from an invoice
Once you have Stripe Terminal set up, you can start accepting payments from your invoice page.
To do this, you'll need to create an invoice and then under Pay, click Stripe terminal.
Select the amount payable and the Terminal to use, then click Send to terminal.
Splose will send this information to your Stripe Terminal which will display the payment amount for the client to pay.
Clients can simply tap their credit card on the Terminal to pay.
Once payment is completed, the Stripe Terminal will send this information back to Splose and update the invoice status to "paid".
Once you have Stripe Terminal set up, you can start accepting payments in person from your invoice page, providing a seamless checkout experience for your clients.
