You can go to Settings, then Cancellation reasons and create a list of cancellation reasons for appointments. Members can use these cancellation reasons when cancelling an appointment for a client.
Click + Add cancellation reason to create a new cancellation reason.
Press Save when you are ready to add the new cancellation reason.
Now, when you cancel an appointment, you will be able to select a cancellation reason.
You can view all the appointments that are marked as cancelled from the missed appointments reports.
