Set up cancellation reasons for appointments

Set cancellation reasons for when a client needs to cancel their appointment and use responses in reports.

Splose includes a list of cancellation reasons when you join. To view and add more, go to Settings, then Cancellation reasons and create a list of cancellation reasons for appointments. Users can select these cancellation reasons when cancelling an appointment for a client.

Click + Add cancellation reason to create a new cancellation reason.

Press Save when you are ready to add the new cancellation reason.

Now, when you cancel an appointment, you will be able to select a cancellation reason.
