Get an email notification when a client books an appointment through online bookings

Get notified when a client makes a booking online.

Keep practitioners informed when an appointment is booked by a client via the online bookings form.


How-to

Set up booking notifications for practitioners

  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings.

  2. Under Business, select Online Bookings.

  3. Select the bookings page that you would like to add notifications to.

  4. In the navigation tab, select Settings.

  5. Scroll down to Preferences.

  6. Toggle Receive a Notification Email (Practitioner) to ON.

  7. (OPTIONAL) Additional teams can also receive an email when a booking is made. To do this, under Preferences, use the Receive a Notification Email (Other), and enter the teams that you would like to receive an email when a booking is made.

  8. Now, you will get an email notification when a client books an appointment online.
