Deleting a client is not reversible. You must archive a client first. Once you have archived a client, you will see the option to delete the client by clicking Delete under Actions.
Before you begin
It is always advisable to archive a client rather than delete them completely. Archiving retains the client's information, and the client can be restored at a later date.
How-to
Permanently delete a client
First, follow the instructions in this article to archive the client.
Then, read the following to view an archived client.
Select the archived client, then select the Actions drop-down menu.
Select Delete.
In the modal that appears, type the full name of the client to confirm the deletion, then select I understand the consequences, delete [client name]
