Add a new client

Add clients in three different ways.

You can add a client in three different ways:

  • From the client page

  • From the calendar

  • From the import page


From the client page

If you want a quick and easy way to add new clients, head to the Clients tab and click + New client.

Complete all the necessary details and then Save the client. First name and Last name are the only required fields when adding or updating a client.


From the calendar

Create a client when creating an appointment or support activity. Start typing the client name, then click Add as a new client.

Then enter any other details and click Add.


From the import page

Import your list of clients using our import tool, or schedule a data import with our team to import your clients.
