Add clients in three different ways.

You can add a client in three different ways:

  • From the client page

  • From the calendar

  • From the import page


How-to

Add a client from the client page

If you want a quick and easy way to add new clients, head to the Clients tab and click + New client.

  1. Navigate to the Clients tab.

  2. Select + New Client.

  3. Enter the client's details, then select Save.

The client's first and last name are the only required fields when adding a new client.

Add a client from the calendar

  1. Create a new appointment or support activity.

  2. Type the client's name into the client field. Select "Add [client name] as a new client"

  3. Enter the relevant client details, then select Add.

Add a client from the import page

Import your list of clients using our import tool, or schedule a data import with our team to import your clients.
