Further information

The initial sync of clients from Mailchimp to Splose

Your client list will now be synced to Mailchimp. Note that clients that already exist in Mailchimp will not be overridden or "doubled-up" as Mailchimp only allows one unique email address per contact.

If you head over to a client's profile, you will notice that the Mailchimp status card will say "Syncing with Mailchimp". This can take up to a few hours based on the number of clients in your Splose workspace, and syncing is in no order, such as alphabetical order.

Sync new clients created in Splose to Mailchimp

New clients added to your workspace will be automatically synced to Mailchimp. If you add clients manually, it usually takes less than a few minutes to sync to Mailchimp.

View Mailchimp information and campaign engagement from the Mailchimp status card

Once you have allowed enough time, the status card will be updated and the client's Mailchimp details will be displayed, such as email, subscribe status, open rate, click rate, opt-in date and when necessary, unsubscribe reason.

If you hover over a client's email in the Mailchimp status card, you will see that you can click on the link to "View in Mailchimp" which opens up the client's account in Mailchimp.
