How to update the status of an appointment to arrived, did not arrive or cancelled.

Appointment status can help with admin and organisational tasks on the calendar. Statuses also provide visibility across the practice by keeping everyone informed about the client.


How-to

Update the status of an appointment

  1. Navigate to the Calendar tab.

  2. Select the appointment that you wish to update.

  3. In the appointment side panel, click the status drop-down and select between:

    1. No status

    2. Arrived

    3. Did not arrive

    4. Cancelled
