If you have a coupon code for a splose promotion, you can apply it directly from your subscription settings. Coupon codes are available on yearly plans β for both your general splose subscription and your splose AI subscription.

Before You Begin
Only the Account Owner can manage subscription settings. If you don't have this role, contact your account owner to apply the coupon code.

Applying a Coupon Code
General subscription
The steps below outline how to apply a coupon code to your general splose subscription.
Go to Workspace Settings.
Click Subscription.
Click General.
Click Manage Subscription.
Toggle your plan from Monthly to Yearly.
Enter your code in the Coupon code field.
Click Apply.
Click Save.
Please note that there may be a 15-30 second delay before the coupon code applies to the pricing. Please refresh after 30 seconds. If you are still experiencing issues, please get in touch with support.

The steps below outline how to apply a coupon code to your splose AI subscription.
Go to Workspace Settings.
Click Subscription.
Click splose AI.
Click Manage Subscription.
Toggle your plan from Monthly to Yearly.
Enter your code in the Coupon Code field.
Click Apply.
Click Save.

FAQs and Troubleshooting
Q: I can't see the Manage subscription button. What do I do?
A: Only the Account Owner can access subscription settings. If you don't see this option, you may not have the correct role. Reach out to your account owner to apply the code.
Q: The coupon code field isn't showing up. Why?
A: The coupon code field only appears when your plan is set to Yearly. Make sure you've toggled from Monthly to Yearly before looking for the field.
Q: I applied my code, but the discount isn't showing. What should I do?
A: Make sure you clicked Apply before clicking Save. If the discount still isn't reflected, double-check that your code is valid for the plan you're on and hasn't expired. There may be a 15-30 second delay for the system to process the coupon code.
