This guide shows you how to use the Aged Debtors Report to track unpaid invoices, accounts receivable, and outstanding client balances.

The report categorises overdue invoices by age to help you visualise and manage your practice's outstanding revenue.


How to

Generate and view an aged debtor report

  1. Select the Reports tab.

  2. Under Financial, select Aged Debtors.

  3. Select the filters that you would like to include in your Aged Debtors report. This includes:

    1. Aging By - Issue Date or Due Date

    2. Date range

  4. You can also add additional filters to include in the report by selecting the Filter dropdown.

  5. Once you have selected your preferences, click Run Report.

  6. Your generated Aged Debtor report will be generated below.

If you have regularly used filters, you can save these by selecting your preferences, selecting the Save Filters button, and then giving it a name.

Next time you wish to run the report with the same filters, simply select the Load Filters button, then select your desired filter before clicking Run Report.


Export your aged debtor report

Once you request an export data link, you will have 24 hours before the link expires.

Please note that this link can only be opened once for security purposes.

  1. After running your aged debtor report, select Export in the top-right corner, then select CSV.

  2. Enter the email address that you'd like the export data link to be sent to, then select Export.

  3. Your export data link will be sent to the user/email address specified when it is ready.

  4. When you click the link in the email, this will download the CSV to your device.
