Contact statements

Generate statements for a payer contact, including all invoices and balances due for a specific client or for all their clients

Contact statements provide a summary of invoices and payments for a contact over a selected date range. You can email or download a PDF statement directly from the contact statements page.


How-to

Generate a contact statement

  1. Go to Contact, then select the contact you would like to generate a statement for.

  2. Select the Statements tab.

  3. Use the filters to select a date range, location, and client.

  4. Click Run Report to generate the statement.

    4. The generated statement will show a list of clients with outstanding invoices. Click on a client to expand and see the breakdown of individual invoices.

    5. To send the statement to the client, click Email statement. To save the statement, click Download PDF.
