ACC integration update
The splose ACC integration has been updated to support contract billing.
Contract and regulation type providers can now link ACC service codes directly to splose services.
β
What does this mean for current regulation providers using splose?
ACC practitioner details & service codes
The ACC practitioner details, in the ACC integrations page, no longer has information related to default service codes for a practitioner as they are now able to be linked to services.
β
βImportantly, any services currently booked or booked in the future against a service that has an ACC claim but does not have an ACC service code linked to it will still inherit the previous default ACC service code your practitioners had before this update.
Action - Over the coming weeks, we suggest that you link ACC service codes to your services. You can learn more here.
ACC practice details
You can now default an ACC contract ID for a practice. Learn more here.
Draft ACC invoices
You will notice that you can now draft ACC invoices which allows you to review the pricing details prior to submission.
Expiry date & treatment tracking
Regulation providers still set an ACC claim expiry date and track treatments used within an ACC claim.
β
Contract providers will use splose cases to manage expiry dates and track appointments, hours and budget.
Note - We plan to have regulation providers use splose cases to manage ACC claim expiry dates and treatment tracking in the future and will remove this from within the ACC claim.
