Sync your splose calendar to external calendars like Outlook, Apple Calendar and Google Calendar

See your splose appointments, support activities and busy times in an external calendar using the calendar feed.

You can sync your splose calendar with an external calendar like Outlook, Apple Calendar and Google Calendar in just a few clicks.

If you support clients in the community, the client's address or the appointment address from provider travel will be automatically synced to your external calendar.

📝 Note: This is a one-way integration to your calendar app. Appointments, support activities and busy times must be updated in splose.


How to

Copy your External calendar feed link

  1. Select your profile in the top-right corner, then select My Account.

  2. Select the Integrations tab.

  3. Scroll down to Calendar Feed, then click Enable.

  4. Copy the link that appears to add this to your calendar app.

⚠️ Warning: Keep your calendar feed private and don't share it with anyone else. Anyone who has access to your calendar feed can see your splose appointments, support activities and busy times. If you have shared the link previously, simply disable the calendar feed and generate a new link.

Disable calendar feed

You can disable the calendar feed at any time. By performing this action, your calendar will no longer receive updates. You can re-enable the calendar feed and generate a new link by following the steps above.

  1. Select your profile in the top-right corner, then select My Account.

  2. Select the Integrations tab.

  3. Scroll down to Calendar Feed, then click Disable.

Add your splose calendar to your external calendar

Outlook

  1. Log in to your Outlook client. This works on both the app and web platforms.

  2. Click Add Calendar.

  3. Click Subscribe From Web, then paste your calendar feed link.

  4. Select a colour and charm for your calendar, then select Import.

Your splose calendar will be synced with Outlook Calendar! Outlook typically refreshes the calendar feed every few hours.

📝 If you're using the Outlook app on your laptop, you will have to add the calendar on your web browser before you can view it on the app.


Apple Calendar

  1. Open Apple Calendar.

  2. Click on File, and then New Calendar Subscription.

  3. Paste your splose calendar feed link, then click Subscribe.

  4. Edit the calendar name, colour, and auto-refresh settings, then click OK.

  5. Your splose calendar will now sync with Apple Calendar.

Google Calendar

  1. Open Google Calendar.

  2. In the sidebar, select the + icon next to Other Calendars.

  3. Click From URL.

  4. Paste in your splose calendar feed URL, then click Add Calendar.

  5. Your splose calendar will now sync with Google Calendar. This connection typically refreshes the calendar feed every 10-24 hours.
