Files are extremely important documents that your business relies on for safe-keeping and easy viewing (to the right people). If you need to store files for a client, such as reports, referral documents or intake forms), then Files are an excellent way to store them securely.


Firstly, navigate to the client that you wish to upload a file or files to, then go to the Files tab. When you have your files ready, you can simply drag and drop them into Splose all at once. Drag as many as you wish!

The upload status will be displayed in the bottom right corner of your page. Once a file has been successfully uploaded, a green tick will be displayed next to the file name in the uploader box in the bottom right corner.

If an upload files, usually when you try something we don't support, (such as a folder with individual files), then a red exclamation mark will be displayed next to the file name.

If you prefer not to drag and drop, then click Upload button from the Files tab.

For common file types, Splose will try to display the icon associated with the file type. For files that are not supported.

That's it! Your files will be stored securely and can be accessed safely at any time. There's plenty more you can do with files, such as viewing and printing, downloading, renaming and deleting.

💡 Tip: You can navigate away from the client page once you've uploaded files, for example, going to other client tabs, or going to the calendar. Files will continue to upload on any page you're on unless you cancel them.
