type \
click the {} icon in the stick toolbar
Placeholders can be included anywhere in a progress note, including in tables.
Assign a default note template to services
To make note writing easier, you can assign a default progress note template to services so that a particular template is selected for different services from appointments.
Navigate to services.
Edit a service and scroll down to "default progress note template".
Select the progress note template to default for this service.
This progress note will be preselected for practitioners when they add a progress note from that service. A practitioner can still choose a different progress note template if needed however.
