You can create progress note templates for services you offer at your business. You may have a template designed for initial consultations and then one for standard consultations. You might wish to create templates for different disciplines. the great news is, this is all possible in Splose!

Create a progress note template
Go to Settings, then progress note templates.
When you join Splose, we create a default template for you so that you can get an idea of what they look like, and decide to add on to the template or create a new one, which you can do by clicking New template.
Now, you can create a name for your template and start to add sections and questions. Give each section a name to help you and other members identify the purpose of the associated questions.
Add questions to sections
Once you have created at least one section, you'll want to add questions that need to be answered in your progress notes.
Below are all the question types you can select from when creating your progress note template, and all questions must include a title.
