You can improve your team's workflow by assigning a default progress note template to a service for use with appointments.
To do this, head to Settings, then Services and and select the service which you want to assign a progress note template to. Then, scroll to the Default progress note template. Select a template from the drop-down, then save the settings.
Now, whenever you add a note to an appointment linked to that service, Splose will automatically select the progress note template for you, saving you from searching for a template every time.
For example, if you have a standard physiotherapy appointment, and you want to add a progress note, you would click Add progress note from the appointment details modal.
Upon loading the new note, you will see that the template has already selected.
