Assign a default progress note template to a service

Speed up your note creation by assigning a default template in service settings.

Progress notes can be templated and pre-selected when creating a note by assigning a default progress note template.

This helps save time by speeding up your workflow and reducing the amount of manual data entry required.


How-to

Assign a default progress note template to a service

  1. Head to Workspace Settings.

  2. Under Business, select Service.

  3. Either Edit an existing service that you would like to assign a default progress note to, or select + New Service.

  4. Scroll down to Default Progress Note Template and select a template from the drop-down menu.

  5. Click Save to confirm the changes.

The progress note template will be selected when creating a note.

For example, if you have a standard Physiotherapy appointment, you can click Add progress note from the appointment details modal, and the progress note template will be selected.
