Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your splose subscription:
Log in to your splose account.
Navigate to Settings > Subscription > Cancel plan.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Cancel a Free Trial
If you are on a free trial and wish to cancel:
Log in to your splose account.
Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel plan.
Confirm the cancellation.
You will retain access to splose until the end of your trial period. Cancelling ensures you won’t be charged when the trial ends.
Cancel the splose AI Add-On
To cancel the splose AI add-on:
Log in to your splose account.
Navigate to Settings > Subscription > splose AI > Manage subscription.
Select Cancel subscription and confirm.
You can cancel the AI add-on at any time.
Cancel Duplicate Subscriptions or Accounts
If you have a duplicate subscription or account:
Log in to the duplicate account.
Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel plan.
Confirm the cancellation.
This ensures you are not charged for multiple accounts.
Post-Cancellation Details
Data Retention: After cancellation, your data is stored for 2–3 months, with an option to extend for an additional 3 months. If you reactivate within this period, you’ll regain access to your data. Uploaded data is permanently deleted or anonymised 60 days after cancellation.
Billing: No refunds are provided upon cancellation. Ensure you cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
Exporting Data: Export your data before your subscription ends, as you need an active account to access and export it.
