Moving from a splose trial account to a full paid account

Easily move from a splose trial account to a full splose account & access all of splose's features in full

Your 14-day splose trial gives you a taste of what splose can do for your practice. To access splose’s features in full you can move to a paid account at any time. It takes a few minutes and keeps everything you've already set up during your trial.

What you unlock on a paid plan

Moving to a paid plan lifts trial limits and unlocks the full potential of splose for your practice.

  • Unlimited daily emails. The trial caps how many emails you can send each day. On a paid plan that cap is removed, so appointment reminders, confirmations and client communications always go out - no matter how busy your day gets. This keeps clients informed and helps reduce no-shows without you having to watch a daily limit.

  • Fully customisable templates. Create, edit and delete your own templates so your emails, letters and forms match how your practice actually works. Tailor them to your services, your branding and your tone of voice, and update them whenever your workflow changes - rather than being limited to a fixed set.

  • Unlimited file storage. The trial includes 5GB of storage. A paid plan removes that limit, so you can keep client documents, images, referrals and clinical files all in one place without worrying about running out of room as your practice grows.

Your data comes with you

Any data you've added during your trial such as services, locations, client records and notes, up to 5GB, carries over when you continue with splose. Test data will also be deleted, so your account will be clean.

How to

Move to a full paid account

Your splose workspace will automatically roll over into a paid monthly subscription at the end of your 14-day trial, with no interruptions and no lost data.

Upgrade before your trial ends

You don't need to wait for your trial to expire. You can switch to a paid plan any time during your 14 days, and there's no downside to doing it early.

To upgrade from trial to a full account:

  1. Go to the Dashboard page or go to Settings, Subscription.

  2. On the banner stating that you’re on a free trial and how many days you have left, click the Upgrade now button.
