Practitioners who have not yet accepted their splose invite will retain their linked appointments, notes, and billing records.
Cancelling their pending splose invitation ensures that this appointment, notes, and billing record data are retained, and they can be re-invited into splose without risking continuity through lost data.
How it works
Admins and practice managers can invite practitioners into splose. While the event is pending, the practitioner can be booked into appointments, assigned attached notes, and have billing records.
Previously, if a practitioner had a pending invite cancelled, they would be deleted from the system. Now, they will be moved to an inactive table, with their records retained.
Inactive users will be required to re-verify themselves when reactivated to ensure unauthorised access cannot be obtained using the original invitation link.
