A link between clients and practitioners is established when an appointment or support activity is booked. This allows access to their details, progress notes, and other information.
There may be times when a client is mistakenly linked to a practitioner, or if the client requires an appointment, and their linked practitioner is unavailable or on leave, or they are not required to see or use that particular practitioner or support activity.
Before You Start
Only an account owner, practice manager, or practice administrator can unlink a practitioner from a client.

How to unlink a practitioner from a client
Log in to splose and select the Client tab.
Select the client you would like to edit.
In the client's profile, select Practitioner Access on the left-hand navigation menu.
Select the three dots (β’β’β’) under the Actions column, then select Unlink Practitioner.
You will be presented with two options:
If the client has no upcoming appointments/support activities scheduled, you can complete the process by selecting Unlink Practitioner.
If the client has upcoming appointments/support activities scheduled, you can assign these to another practitioner or archive all upcoming appointments/support activities. Select Unlink Practitioner to complete the process.
When assigning to another practitioner, check for any possible scheduling or appointment conflicts before confirming.
