Using Progress Note Placeholders to Autofill ACC Details

National Health Index (NHI) number
Ethnicity
Claim number
Date of accident; and

ACC patient details: To ensure placeholders function correctly, you'll need to have the required patient information (NHI number, ethnicity) accurately entered in the ACC patient details section. Learn more here.
