Create a new ACC32 Form
Navigate to the ACC tab in the top menu of your splose workspace.
Navigate to the accepted claim that you wish to and select + Add ACC32 from the options.
You can now follow the prompts to complete the fields required and submit the ACC32 form.
You can extend the expiry date, add additional treatments, add a new diagnosis, change the side of an existing READ code and/or add a lodgement error for an existing read code.
When you are ready to submit the ACC32 form, click preview.
You will be prompted to acknowledge the patient and provider declaration before submitting.
Please note, it can take several moments for the ACC32 form to lodge with ACC. Please wait, until the form lodges.
Once submitted, the ACC32 form details which include the requested changes and the submission date can be located at the bottom of the ACC claim form.
You are able to click and view the submitted ACC32 form.
Accept an ACC32 form lodgement
Once ACC have reviewed the ACC32 form submission, you will receive an email from ACC regarding acceptance or rejection of your ACC32 form.
If ACC accepts your ACC32 form, you then need to accept the ACC32 lodgement in splose as seen below and potentially make the edits to the ACC claim yourself.
Depending on the changes you requested, you may need to update the ACC claim directly.
If you’ve requested additional treatments or an extension of the treatment date, you’ll need to edit the ACC claim and update these fields accordingly.
