Change the client terminology

Change the client terminology to patient, client, participant or worker.

You can update the client terminology in Splose to reflect throughout your workspace and any client-facing features such as invoicing.


How-to

Change the client terminology

  1. Go to Workspace Settings.

  2. Under Workspace, select Details.

  3. Scroll down to Patient Terminology, and click the drop-down to reveal your options.

  4. Select Save to confirm the changes.

  5. Refresh your page to see the changes reflected in your workspace.
