Using the rich text editor in progress notes, forms and letters, email modals and templates

Amazing features like tables, font family, font size, paragraph formatting, improved copy and paste from Word, and more.

The rich text editor can be used in progress notes, forms, letters, email modals (such as sending an invoice) and all templates.


How-to

Use the Text editor functionality

Tables

Select the table icon and select the number of rows and columns.

Click on a cell to display other table features such as adding a header, footer, cell background and more.

You can add a table header and highlight the header and change the colour.

Add a row/column by clicking the cell and clicking Insert row above/below or Insert column before/after.

You can undo/redo with the undo or redo options, or use command/control + Z.

Paragraph

The paragraph functionality gives great customisation, including alignment and lists.

You can create ordered or unordered lists.

Emailing

When emailing, you can also use the rich text editor - the format you create will be retained when sending the invoice.

The client communications page will also display the format of the email sent.
