Email receipts

Send receipts to clients and contacts.

Send receipts to a client or a contact straight from the Invoice page.


Click the payment hyperlink which will take you to the receipt page.

Click Email Receipt, which will show you the email recipient. If you want to send the receipt to multiple people, this field is where you can add them.

Alternatively, you can download the PDF of the receipt by clicking Actions and Download PDF.


πŸ“ The payments page will show you the recent payments made, so you are able to view a list of receipts from here too, and filter it by payment date or active/void payments.
