Streamline your workflow by directly sending receipts to your clients from the invoice page.


How-to

Send receipts to a client or a contact from the Invoice page.

  1. Navigate to the Invoices tab, or enter the client's file and select the invoice you would like to send.

  2. Select the payment link, which will take you to the receipt page.

  3. On this page, select Email Receipt.

  4. Alternatively, you can download a PDF and send it to your client. To do this, select the Actions drop-down and select Download PDF.

  5. Attach the file downloaded to an email to send to your client.


πŸ“ The payments page will show you the recent payments made, so you are able to view a list of receipts from here too, and filter it by payment date or active/void payments.
