How does splose know which appointments are ACC invoices when I’m batch invoicing?
When you allocated an ACC claim to an appointment this notifies the system that this appointment is an ACC appointment, and therefore included in your invoice.
I don’t have a Health Secure Digital Certificate, what do I need to do?
Health Secure Digital Certificates are issued by ACC and the Ministry of Health.
To apply for a certificate, reach out to the Registration Authority help desk for assistance and guidance through the application process.
