Before redeeming a gift voucher, you must set up gift vouchers. You may also want to view all purchased gift vouchers.

Once an invoice is created and ready to be paid, you can redeem a gift voucher. Under Actions, click Pay with gift voucher.

Ask the client to provide you with the gift voucher redemption number, then search for the code. After selecting the gift voucher to redeem, select the amount to redeem on the invoice, then press Confirm.

⚠️ This action is not reversible.

Once redeemed, the payment will be applied and the gift voucher amount will be used towards paying the invoice.
