About confirmation templates

Appointment confirmations will send your clients a message when an appointment is created from your calendar or when a client makes an online booking (if you choose to set up your online bookings). The confirmation email includes a calendar invite link which will allow clients to add the appointment to their calendar.

Go to Settings, then Communication templates and click Edit on Appointment confirmation.

Firstly, edit your SMS message by using the placeholder dropdowns to add in placeholder code for your business, locations, patients, practitioners, appointments and forms.

Then, edit your email message by using the placeholder dropdowns to add in placeholder code for your business, locations, patients, practitioners, appointments and forms.

Attach the confirmation template to your services

Go to Settings, then Services and edit the service you want to apply these templates to.

Assign the templates you wish to use. If you do not want to attach any templates, then you can select none.
