As an accountant, it's highly likely that you will be reviewing financial information in Splose including accessing invoices, payments, services, supporting activities and tax settings. Update your personal account information
It’s important that your account details are entered correctly. You can update your account information, add provider numbers, set a timezone and update your email.
Add two-factor authentication to your account
You can provide greater protection for your account by enabling two-factor authentication and using an authentication app like Google Authenticator. Two-factor adds an additional security step when logging in to your account.
Access invoice settings
You can customise invoice settings for your workspace by going to Settings then Invoices.
Access payment settings
You can customise payment settings for your workspace by going to Settings then Payments.
Access supporting activity type settings
You can customise individual supporting activity types for your workspace by going to Settings, then New support type or click actions and edit support type.
Access services settings
You can add and edit services for your workspace by going to Settings then Services. You can customise pricing and tax information for services.
Head to the Invoices page to view all of the invoices for your workspace. You can also create an invoice for a client or contact. You can print or email an invoice to clients and contacts and then pay an invoice if necessary.
You may also want to review payments made for invoices created in your workspace. You can view all payments by going to the Payments tab.
Access expense claims
View expense claims made by practitioners for clients by going to the Expenses tab.
Send a message to your team
Say hello to your team by letting them know that you have successfully joined the workspace. Use the Messages feature from your home page to send a welcome message.
