Export your data from Power Diary

In order to export your data from Power Diary, you will need to head to Tools and then Data export. Select all switches (or the selected ones below) and click download.

It may take some time for your export to download. Once completed, you will be able to download the zip file which contains CSV files of your data.

Power Diary does not export progress notes in a format we can export, so you'll need to go into each client record, then Notes, click "Print all", and repeat for each client. Make sure you label all the client folders so we can easily import them.

If you would like forms included, you will need to go to the Forms tab and. click "Print all" and include these in the client's folder.
