Supporting activity types can be used to store a catalogue of support categories, support items and price information and be used to create supporting activities for clients. This is ideal for non-face-to-face billable items like report writing.

Head to Settings, then Support types and click + New support type.

Add the details here.

Here, you can add in the:

  • Category
  • Name
  • Description (for your reference only)
  • Item code
  • Price (per hour)
  • Tax rate

You can keep a catalogue of the supporting activity types here for practitioners to use throughout your workspace.
